PPI - Showroom

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA – 32,000 sq. ft. addition and remodel to house a corporate facility for designing, manufacturing, testing, material supply, sponsor entertainment and administration for supporting CART and Baja race vehicles for TOYOTA Racing Development.

Ambition: Provide a coordinated design for a corporate facility that included corporate offices, sponsor entertaining areas, conferencing, employee dining, engineering design offices, vehicle work bays, vehicle shaker table testing and parts storage.

Accomplishment: A new multi-functional Lobby and Showroom were designed to allow for hosting sponsor’s special events and entertaining, as well as display vehicles and provide a corporate reception area. This focus area was surrounded by the day-to-day vehicle engineering, work bays, employee dining and ancillary working areas. A second level overlooking the Lobby housed the corporate offices and support staff with an elevated walkway connecting to the work bays and engineering staff mezzanine.

President’s office included custom casework to match manufactured desk and credenza and featured a salt water aquarium.
